Everything flows

The ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus famously said, "Everything flows, nothing stands still." Simple yet profound--life, markets, and everything else around us is in constant motion.

Don't get caught up trying to understand why. The key is recognizing the movement itself. If trending, up or down, go with it. Just get on board.

That doesn't mean abandoning your principles, rules, or ethics, but the principle of flow remains: adapt or die.
