A fixed mindset has figured it all out. "I know enough," said with a smug sense of certainty. An obsession with being right keeps them stuck, often in mediocrity.
Growth mindsets are wired differently. They're curious, always seeking new knowledge, and unafraid of failure. They see mistakes as opportunities. They're not concerned with appearing perfect, they're focused on improvement.
That means:
1. Ditch the ego. You don't have all the answers. Successful traders face uncomfortable reality head-on.
2. Losses aren't defeats, they're lessons. Every setback is a chance to learn and improve. Stop dwelling and start growing.
3. Surround yourself with ambitious, forward-thinking individuals. Small-minded company will only hold you back.
4. Growth isn't about endless planning, it's about doing. Act, learn, adjust, repeat.
