The big, hairy, audacious goal (B.H.A.G.) was popularized in Jim Collins' book, Good to Great, one of the most widely read business books of all time.
B.H.A.G.s are not normal goals. They're something so big, so bold, and so transformative they force us to stretch beyond normal reality.
